While in town, you may want to join this public, vibrant event, which is fun for everyone and a gem for those who love everything related to the sea: sailing, maritime history and traditions, water sports, nature. There will be hospitality and shopping stalls by the sea from 4:00pm, and the festival’s programme includes entertainment, outdoor cinema and plays at Botin Centre. If you extend your visit to Santander, don’t miss -from 12th September- a visit to the nine singular boats -many of them tall ship- that will be moored along the promenade and open to the public for free.
